Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- olive oil spray (optional for toasting)
Instructions
- Prepare Salmon Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out tortillas, layer with lettuce, red onion, and avocado. Spoon salmon mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll and Toast: Roll tortillas tightly, then slice in half. Optionally, toast in a skillet sprayed with olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
