  • 1 teaspoon salt

Orange Glaze:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Batter and Coat: Mix the batter ingredients, dip cauliflower florets, coat with breadcrumbs, and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  3. Prepare Glaze: Combine orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  4. Glaze Cauliflower: Toss baked cauliflower in the orange glaze until coated. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
