Sub Assembly:

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls or sub rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the meatballs: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs and bake for 18–20 minutes.
  3. Warm marinara sauce: Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
