Croissant Muffins:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for dusting)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Prepare the filling: Mix almond flour, sugar, butter, egg, almond extract, and salt until smooth.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out and cut crescent dough, press into muffin cups.
- Add filling: Spoon almond filling into each cup, top with sliced almonds.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
