Brownie Batter

- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk, adjust for consistency
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and thick, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Bake the Brownies: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from oven and let cool completely before glazing.
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add more milk in ½ tablespoon increments until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency ideal for drizzling.
