Additional:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Sauté Veggies: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sauté diced red bell pepper until slightly softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet, stir gently, and top with crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Bake: Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until the eggs are set.
