Description

Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Additions:

  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Cheese: In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Add Pepperoni: Stir in the chopped pepperoni.
  4. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Finish: Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm with dippers.
