- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Form Dough: Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Assemble: Press half of the dough into the skillet, spread Nutella over it, then cover with remaining dough. Sprinkle topping sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing and serving warm.
