Description

Pasta:

  • 8 oz (225 g) linguine or spaghetti

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the prawns: Sauté prawns until pink; set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: Sauté garlic and chili, add wine, cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice.
