- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the dried minced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, celery seed, paprika, parsley, turmeric, and thyme. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Store the mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- To use as a substitute for one packet of commercial onion soup mix, use about 4 tablespoons of the homemade mix.
