Lobster Ravioli:

Lobster in Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 8 ounces cooked lobster meat (claw and tail, chopped)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Cook Lobster Ravioli: Boil water, cook ravioli until al dente, then drain.
