Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Additional:
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional toppings: banana peppers, sliced black olives, fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Mix ground beef, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook Patties: Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan in last 2 minutes to melt cheese.
