Instructions
- Prepare the flatbreads: If using Rotimatic, make 4 fresh flatbreads according to your machine’s instructions or use store-bought fresh flatbreads as a base.
- Add sauce and toppings: Evenly spread a layer of pizza sauce on each flatbread. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce, then add your favorite toppings to each flatbread.
- Bake the pizzas: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the assembled flatbread pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and is slightly bubbly.
- Serve hot: Remove from oven carefully, let cool for a minute, slice if desired, and serve your homemade flatbread pizzas immediately.
