Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino (13-ounce bottle)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 envelopes Gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Vodka
Toppings
- Whipped Cream (such as Redi-whip)
- Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the Gelatin: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, sprinkle 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin evenly over the water and stir well to combine. Allow the mixture to stand undisturbed for 5 minutes to fully bloom and activate the gelatin.
- Mix the Frappuccino and Vodka: After the gelatin has bloomed, add 1 cup of Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino to the gelatin mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure the gelatin dissolves completely. Then, pour in 1/3 cup of vanilla vodka, stirring again to combine all ingredients smoothly.
- Chill and Set: Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into shot glasses, filling each glass. Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin sets firmly and the shots are firm to the touch.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top each set shot with a generous amount of whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy this creamy, boozy treat!
Notes
- This recipe yields approximately 12 shots.
- Allow sufficient chilling time for the gelatin shots to fully set.
- You can substitute vanilla vodka with another flavored vodka if preferred.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vanilla vodka and add extra Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino.
- Use glass shot glasses for an elegant presentation and easy serving.
