  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Mash Avocados: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the red onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro. Squeeze in lime juice and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir: Gently stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, omit the jalapeño.
