Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour marinade over them, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Roast the Broccoli: While the chicken is grilling, preheat the oven to 425°F.
