Beat the summer heat with these refreshing Fresh Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushies. Made with real fruit and a hint of lime, these vibrant slushies are the perfect guilt-free treat for a hot day.

Pineapple Slush:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Strawberry Slush:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- extra strawberries or pineapple slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pineapple Slush: In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, half of the honey, and 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a glass and set aside.
- Strawberry Slush: Rinse the blender, then add frozen strawberries, lime juice, remaining honey, 1/2 cup cold water, and remaining ice. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour the strawberry slush over the pineapple slush in each glass to create a swirled effect. Use a straw or spoon to gently swirl the layers together. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter slushie, add more honey or use a ripe banana in the pineapple layer.
- Freezing the pineapple chunks ahead of time will make the slushie thicker without extra ice.
