- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and tails removed

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Tortillas
- 8-10 medium tortillas (flour or corn)
Toppings (optional)
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Tomatoes, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: If using frozen shrimp, thaw them by running under cool water. Peel the shrimp and remove their tails to ready them for cooking.
- Prepare toppings: While the shrimp thaw, wash and chop your desired taco toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro, and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, then the shrimp along with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and chili powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
