For the Shrimp Boil:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
- 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Boil Potatoes: Boil potatoes in a large pot for 10-12 minutes until tender. Add corn in the last 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix shrimp, sausage, cooked potatoes, and corn. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Old Bay, and toss to coat.
- Grill: Thread ingredients onto skewers or use a grill basket. Grill for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and sausage is browned, turning occasionally.
- Finish: Remove from grill, transfer to a platter, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, add salt and pepper.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate shrimp before grilling.
- If no grill basket, use foil packets.
