This Easy Grilled Shrimp Boil is a delicious and satisfying dish perfect for summer grilling. Juicy shrimp, smoked sausage, tender potatoes, and sweet corn are seasoned with Old Bay and grilled to perfection. A simple and flavorful meal that’s great for gatherings or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Shrimp Boil:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
  • 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Boil Potatoes: Boil potatoes in a large pot for 10-12 minutes until tender. Add corn in the last 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix shrimp, sausage, cooked potatoes, and corn. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Old Bay, and toss to coat.
  4. Grill: Thread ingredients onto skewers or use a grill basket. Grill for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and sausage is browned, turning occasionally.
  5. Finish: Remove from grill, transfer to a platter, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, add salt and pepper.

Notes

  • If no grill basket, use foil packets.
