Description

These Dill Pickle Chip Mozza Sticks are a delicious twist on classic mozzarella sticks, with a crunchy coating made from dill pickle-flavored potato chips. They are perfect as a flavorful appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Mozza Sticks:

  • 12 mozzarella cheese sticks

Coating:

  • 1 cup dill pickle-flavored potato chips (crushed finely)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut and Freeze: Cut mozzarella sticks in half and freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  2. Prepare Breading Station: Set up three bowls for flour mixture, egg mixture, and crushed chips.
