Mozza Sticks:
- 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
Coating:
- 1 cup dill pickle-flavored potato chips (crushed finely)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional:
- cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut and Freeze: Cut mozzarella sticks in half and freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Prepare Breading Station: Set up three bowls for flour mixture, egg mixture, and crushed chips.
- Coat Mozza Sticks: Dip frozen sticks in flour, egg, and crushed chips. Repeat for extra crunch.
- Freeze Again: Place coated sticks on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Fry or Air Fry: Fry in oil or air fry until golden and melted inside.
- Serve: Enjoy with ranch or marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add dried dill or ranch seasoning to the chip coating.
