Description

Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs

Deviled Egg Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover, turn off the heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Cool in ice water.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Remove yolks, mash with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe filling into egg white halves. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chill before serving.
