Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  2. Form the crust layer: Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create an even layer. Set aside to harden while preparing the filling.
