- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the Coating: Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the Chicken: Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
