  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Coating: Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge the Chicken: Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
  4. Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
