- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Prepare the chicken wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, pour in cream, and simmer. Stir in Parmesan and nutmeg until thickened.
- Coat the wings: Transfer baked wings to a bowl, pour the Alfredo sauce over them, and toss gently to coat.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra-crispy wings, broil them for 2–3 minutes after baking.
- Homemade Alfredo sauce is recommended for better flavor.
- Serve with celery sticks or over pasta for a complete meal.
