Delicious and easy-to-make Cracked Out Turkey Pinwheels featuring a creamy ranch and cheddar spread with crispy bacon, rolled in soft burrito tortillas. Perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchboxes.
Ingredients
Scale
Spread Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1–2 tbsp milk (to thin the mixture if needed)
- ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
Wrap Ingredients
- ½ lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 4 large (12-inch) burrito tortillas
Instructions
- Make the Spread: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked chopped bacon. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients evenly. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk if the mixture is too thick to spread easily.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay the burrito tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla. Then, layer the thinly sliced deli turkey evenly on top of the spread.
- Roll & Chill: Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla into a log shape, ensuring the filling stays inside. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the spread to set, making slicing easier.
- Slice & Serve: Remove the wrapped tortillas from the refrigerator and unwrap them. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into approximately 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
