Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
