Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Additional:
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon; set aside.
- Layer Crescent Roll Dough: Press one can of dough into the dish.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Filling & Second Dough: Spread filling over dough, top with second dough.
- Add Topping: Pour melted butter over, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Cool & Chill: Cool, refrigerate for 2 hours, then slice and serve.
