- Preheat oil: Preheat a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pan with oil to approximately 350°F (175°C) for frying the egg rolls.
- Prepare egg roll wrapper: Lay one egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface in a diamond shape orientation.
- Add fillings: Place about 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce in the center of the wrapper. Add 1/4 cup of chopped roast beef on top of the horseradish, then place one half of a cheddar cheese stick over the beef.
- Fold sides: Fold in the two side corners of the wrapper towards the center, covering the filling.
- Fold bottom point: Fold the bottom point of the wrapper upward over the filling, creating an envelope shape.
- Seal the wrapper: Moisten the top edge of the wrapper using your finger dipped in water, then tightly roll the wrapper from the bottom up to the top, sealing it completely and forming a cigar shape.
