- Heat the water: Begin by placing 2 cups of water in a microwave-safe pitcher and heating it in the microwave for 3 minutes until hot but not boiling.
- Steep the butterfly pea flowers: Add 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flowers to the hot water in the pitcher, allowing it to steep for at least 15 minutes to extract the vibrant blue color and flavor.
- Assemble the latte: Fill glasses with ice cubes then pour the brewed butterfly pea tea over the ice. Gently add 1 cup of Italian sweet cream creamer on top and watch the vivid blue swirls come to life. Serve immediately and enjoy!
