Instructions

  1. Heat the water: Begin by placing 2 cups of water in a microwave-safe pitcher and heating it in the microwave for 3 minutes until hot but not boiling.
  2. Steep the butterfly pea flowers: Add 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flowers to the hot water in the pitcher, allowing it to steep for at least 15 minutes to extract the vibrant blue color and flavor.
  3. Assemble the latte: Fill glasses with ice cubes then pour the brewed butterfly pea tea over the ice. Gently add 1 cup of Italian sweet cream creamer on top and watch the vivid blue swirls come to life. Serve immediately and enjoy!
