Garlic Aioli:

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Toast Bread: Lightly butter and toast bread slices until golden brown.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread garlic aioli on one side of each bread slice. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon. Top with the second bread slice, aioli-side down. Slice and serve.
