- 3 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Cook potatoes: Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they begin to soften and brown.
- Add beef: Push potatoes to one side and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Cook onions and garlic: Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Season: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and melt.
- Garnish and serve: Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
- Yukon gold potatoes can be used instead of russet.
