Breading:

Instructions
- Prepare Rice Mixture: Combine Arborio rice, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form Rice Balls: Flatten a portion of the mixture, add mozzarella and marinara, enclose and roll into balls.
- Breading Station: Set up flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Bread and Fry: Coat each rice ball in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.
- Serve: Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce.
