Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain for a perfect cheesecake texture.
- Assemble the egg rolls: Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center, then add about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little melted butter to help them stick.
- Air fry the egg rolls: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Brush the outside of each egg roll with melted butter to promote browning.
